Call ref-177CTK170613, Land line number 0132434771 4mb ADSL line - Telkom is the Pits in Middelburg Mpumalanga, I have the following fault, each morning my ADSL connection goes offline between 7:45 till 8:15 I reported this call, and Telkom also confirm with a previous call with their own modem that its also happening, now yesterday telkom technian from Middelburg phoned me @ /- at 11 AM and confirm with me he will charge me call out as at that time 11AM the line is testing fine. He accused me that Im phoning telkom helpdesk and putting the line to 4mb each time and I confirmed with him I didnt and that my line is sync at 3MB as what the previous call technian has setted it, the Telkom technian said then somebody at the exchange is playing around then. I told the technian I want my stable at 4MBs (what Im paying for each month) and also confirm with the telkom techie they've even tested my line at 1mbs and the problem presisted, I tried to explain to the technian that another person in the same region also have the same problem (0132433605) but he said he doesnt care, Now this morning the internet went off again and only syncing at 2 Mbs and the technian closed the fault. Eish!
