My second time ordering my upgrade for my "new modem"( they still did not have stock). I was promised faithfully on Monday by the ladies (not in MTN uniform with no name badges) that it would be at their office by Friday 2.30 today and someone would call me whichever way. I asked her to make a note so they don't forget and she found an empty page somewhere in a 2012 old diary.(3 months ago did the same thing with a guy working there) When I got to the office at 2.30 today Friday, I was told - after she finished her chat - that the other girl who served me was off today and as I was her customer she could not help me. She could not prove that the order had been placed. I then left as did some other customers who were all complaining about the absolute lack of service and stock. When I phoned MTN to complain I was told you will have to do it via email or other means but no one would take a complaint. MTN I have been a customer for about 15 years and will be in Vodacom's office at tomorrow morning taking out a contract with them. I would like to mention that Brenda at the MTN 808 number took my details but as yet I have not had any contact from anyone.
