This query has been going on since 1st March 2001, the contract was a Club One Year with Virgin Active Sunward Park Boksburg for my two sons at the time and it went through debit order on my bank account every month without fail. When the year ended I contacted them telephonically to cancel it as my sons only went once and not again, it proved pointless to have it. I have been harassed constantly by MBD for 13 years and I have proof on black and white emails, faxes, names etc etc since then and nothing has been done about it. I even got a call on Saturday at 1.32pm, its weekend and I am been harassed about this. I will not pay it and I told them to sue me and still nothing happens. Surely this should have been written off by now as it is now 13 years ago. If this does not get sorted out I am going to hand it over to the Media. The tel no. used to call me is 011 5829391
