I have taken a data contract. I was able to make voice calls, i called the call center to find out how this is possible and was told it was a promotional offer. After 8 months i recieved a statement which reflected that i was debited monthly for voice calls, I logged a complaint and was told that they were sorry for the inconveince and that i was wrongly advised, they agreed to cancel the contract and refund charges for voice calls from the time contract started. They have cancelled my contract but there is no sign of the refund, when i call the call center the query they put me on hold for hours before the call if cut and i have to call again, which end up in the same fate. On the odd occasion i get to speak to a manager they inform me that they will get someone to call me and i am still waiting...
