I have had a exact same problem the previous month, and also reported it on this site.
I have stopped my account with Virgin Mobile, and they just keep on billing me. The previous month they phoned and apologised for the inconvenience it caused, and this month they just deduct another payment!
This act just drools incompetence. How can the staff be so incompetent???
CAN SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING OR IS IT TO MUCH TO ASK???
