No response on Hello Pete

I put in a complaint of Virgin Mobile suspending my prepaid service when the phone has not been for less than a month. They contacted me and said they will correct it, ever since I have not heard anything from the lady and if I try and mail her I do not even get a reply. This has been going on know for nearly 2 months
