A little while back I use to be a semi un-satisfied ADSL subscriber of Mweb owning a 2Mbps Uncapped Adsl (AI) package. The price that i was paying at that stage for the product being delivered to me, just did'nt make a lot of sence due to the lack of interest from their customer service and service delivery point of view's.
I eventually came accross an Afrihost advert offering a free1GB Capped ADSL subscription.
I took the offer and after subscribing, almost immediately received sms's and calls from their CS asking if i am happy with their product and their services... Well, i explained to the consultant that i have never in my life ever received such prompt response and excellent customer service from any company in the past.
I was extremely impressed and almost immediately cancelled my mweb account and signed up with Afrihost, to be the proud ownler of a 2Mbps Uncapped ADSL account, but all of a sudden the customer service i experienced earlier as well as the excellent internet connection speeds dissapeared instantly! Now every time i need to log a call, it only gets responded to after 24hrs etc.
After upgrading to the unmonitored 2mbps business dsl, speeds remaied the same
