GIVEN THE LONG RUN! REPAIR TAKE FOREVER

TOOK IN MY BLACKBERRY 9900 FOR REPAIRS, PAID R1500 FOR THE LCD TO REPAIRED, FOLLOWING DAY I HAD TO RETURN IT (ON 24 JULY 2013JOB NO:2006) BECAUSE THE SPEAKER DOESNT WORK. MALE EMPLOYEE INSISTS ON BEING IGNORANT AND DELAYING. I HAV EHAD TO POSTPONE A LOT OF MY APPOINTMENTS JUST TO KEEP GOING THERE AFTER 7DAYS AS HE HAD SAID IT WOULD BE BACK BY TODAY THURSDAY (1 AUGUST). I GET THERE HE TELLS ME "OH WELL, I DONT KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE BACK"AND FLAT OUT IGNORES ME AND GOES BACK TO WHAT HE WAS DOING ON HIS COMPUTER. A IF NOW I SHOULD SEE MY WAY OUT. THIS IS ABSOLUTLEY UNACCEPTABLE!! I NEED THAT PHONE BACK WITHIN 24HOURS. HOW PATHETIC IS IT TO PAY R1500 (INVOICE 117459-ON 23 JULY 2013) TO BE TREATED AS IF I SHOULD BEG PEOPLE TO DO THEIR JOB!
