Why Debit Matured Contract

I had a cellphone contract that expired in November 2012. When I called Telkom to cancel, they informed me that I was wrong and the contract was to expire in April 2013. I immediately gave notice for the cancellation in April as per their information. I am still being debited up to ad including August 2013. I have returned some debit orders at the bank, but they none the less still continue debiting. To top it all off, I have not used this phone over the two years, if the total usage would be equivalent to a months normal usage, that will be a lot, but I am being debited none the less. PLEASE STOP.
