Airtime paid for not receipt

I had a top up contract which deducted R174. In July Vodacom deducted R224. When I called them they said I registered for other benefits and I did not. Because of that I cancelled the contract because it was the end of the term and change the number to be prepaid. Everything was done but the airtime I paid for on 25 July was not loaded and my BIS was not working and it was included in the amout I paid. I want my airtime wich I paid for to be reloaded.
