MTN wrongfully debiting account

I recently terminated my MTN cellphone and 3G contract. I made the payment for early Termination two weeks ago and completed all the neccessary admin. Today the monthly fee for both contracts was debited off my bank account! MTN has not refunded me. What must I do? How do I get my Money back? How can MTN still debit my account although I followed proper procedure to cancel the contract?
