I applied for a Data contact two months ago with MTN eikestad. Firstly I was informed it was a "uncapped" contract but upon going to the store to collect was informed that they cannot unfortunately supply this package anymore. I requested that this be canceled, I was assured that this was done. last month my account was debited for the data contract and my mobile contract. I spoke to the store who advised I reverse the debit and they would correct this for me. After doing this I spoke to them and they assured it would be done. Now come end of the Month I have been billed double on THIS!! I want this resolved immediately. Paying R1011.95 is ridiculous. I contacted the store and spoke with a consulatant who advised she would call me back today. But judging from the attitude I highly doubt this will help. I'm not sure if they have had training in customer service but you do not laugh at an irate client. Its extremely unprofessional.
