So i posted a complainted about MTN dated 24/07/2013 & today (01/08/2013) they only respond! i have a contract with them and this is their response:

Im talking about airtime that i have paid for on a contract & their response is that of the mahala airtime you get when you recharge! i called them again yesterday (31/07/2013) and they tell me i must wait for a reply because they have a turn around time of 10 days so they will eventually get back to me. R230 airtime gone & still no response because the way they put it is that its my fault! how many more problems is MTN gonna give me????
