I recently checked my MTN current bill and I was shocked at the findings. I have a 2GB contract data line which had about 400MB carried from last month. There is one day where I had a few downloads which were around 1GB (max), that combined with antivirus updates and/or windows updates should not exceed 1.5GB. However my bill already says I have used 3.9GB, on what I do not know.
The main issue is now I cannot obtain an itemised bill to check on where I squandered my bandwidth and attempts to contact a service consultant have failed dismally (it's as if they planned not to assist anyone with issues). The system says, "please wait to be connected to a consultant", then immediately beep beep (dropped connection)
Can someone at MTN please help me out.
