I have tried over the pat few months to talk to people about the bad data coverage and have list Cell C on hello Peter and with out any success. You had been one of the better companies when you started with data to the worst at present. I use my iPad for business use daily and lately I can't get anything done with your bad coverage. After how many calls to call centers and mails to support centers nothing has helped. Not once has any of your staff made an effort to call me back. I suppose you do agree there is nothing to be done at this stage.
Your company logo says the power is your hands and I have used the power in my hands and gone over to Vodacom not that they are the best but at least they do respond to client matters and calls. This has not been a good overall experience with Cell C. You need to get your act together!!!
So sad to say goodbye as your rates are excellent but your coverage and client service is appoling to say the least.
