Poor service delivery

This s the second time I'm filling in this complaint because the signal strength is so weak it timed out. On the 12 th of July I phoned 0839001212 and complained about the very weak Internet signal and at times no Internet at all. I was told in 10 working days someone would come to my house and test the strength of the signal, and put in a booster if found to be weak. I phoned last week to find out when they were coming and was told 10 working days are not up yet. It is now the 30 th of July. I am not impressed?? My reference number is 0055699
