I applied for a cellphone contract; a consultant (Teboho) called me to checked my details and I clearly told him I want an Samsung S4 and Apple iphone contract, after giving him all the required information he said since I have 0 points I need to send my 3 months bank statement and a copy of my ID. A day after e-mailing my 3 months bank statement and a copy of my ID to [Email Removed] I got a call from Teboho, he told me that I do not qualify for an iphone/ Samsung S4 since I have 0 points. I believe it was the Consultant's responsibility to explain to me how the point system works the 1st time he called instead of giving me false hope and wasting my time by making me go to the bank to get my 3 months bank statement. He should at least given me the type of phones that I might qualify for or told me from the beginning that I do not qualify to take a cellphone contract at Cell C. I'm really disappointed in the service I got from Cell C
