WE HAVE TOP TV FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS. OUR DEBIT ORDER GOES EVERY MONTH ON THE 1ST. THIS MONTH COMES AND GOES AND NO DEDUCTION ON OUR BANK ACCOUNT FROM TOP TV... I GOT HOME YESTERDAY 10/09/13 AND THERE IT IS DISCONNECTED. PHONED THEM AND THEY TELL ME THE DEBIT ORDER INSTRUCTION EXPIRED ON THEIR SIDE AND THAT IS WHY THY DISCONNECTED IT!!! NO PHONE CALL TO ME TO RE INSTATE THE DEBIT ORDER, NOOO JUST CUT IT OFF, THE CALL CENTER CAN'T HELP AND NO SUPERVISOR OR MANGER AVAILABLE. NOW I ASK, WHAT THE AM I SUPPOSE TO DO???
