I upgraded my contract end of May 2013 from a top up 135 to a smart small R399. I then noticed that my outstanding balance was R467.50 and contacted the c/centre whom informed me that I was being charged for BIS. I found this strange as this was not offered to me during my upgrade, and therefore asked for it to be cancelled on the 7th July. On the 25th July the amount still reflected and called the c/c who informed me about BIS being billed for. To date it still has not been removed and told to pay the amount until further investigation or phone will be suspended if amount doesn't get paid.
