I called the call centre and held for 30 minutes on their 086 number upto no avail. I then decided to go to edgars to ask to use their phone and i eventually got hold of them.

Asked them to blacklist my blacberry 9300 and provide me with an itc number. They told me it was going to be faxed to me within 24 or 48 hours. Its been a week now and when i try to call them, no answer and i do not have the time to go to edgars mow. Can i just have the itc number as my insurence is waiting for it.
