I am angry at the service I recently received from Nashua customer service. I got called yesterday from Phelelani telling me that my account is in arrears. This has happened TWICE already.
Each time they call, I ask them to load my details for debit order. On the 2nd of July after another arrears call I sent an email to Paul Venter with proof of payment and request for Debit order details to be loaded. It has not been done.
I expected a much higher level of service from Nashua but all the time through my dealing with them it has been nothing but a farce! one ALWAYS has to follow up and make sure their agents do their job! It's ridiculous. I am annoyed and quite disappointed. I do not want to be called about arrear accounts like I am an irresponsible person when I was relaxed thinking it was taken care of.
AGAIN I paid via EFT and sent proof to Phelelani and also the email to update my debit order details. I have not had an acknowledgement of either of my emails..
Unacceptable and as soon as contract ends that's it with them! They are lousy service providers!
