Poor service and beyond 8ta

My contract reactivation after changing banks and due to a non-payment error takes more than 4 working days to activate. I went to the Telkom shop on Friday after I made a cash deposit at ABSA bank. The paperwork was accepted and I was assured that within 8 hours the account would be active. I called at 12:00 on Saturday, after the service is still not activated. The lady said that she can only help me once I fax (old technology) to a number. I told her that I don't have access to a fax, why would any technology company still use faxes if you can use emails. I challenge the lady after lady refused to help me to access the case of Friday. This case was already closed by someone without acknowledging me as the client. My money and my airtime that I accumilated over months that I paid for that the client doesn't allow me to have access.
Monday came and the service is still inactive. I called the call centre and again the call agent has the same tone, sorry sir but I can't help you. Please send a fax which I will forward to someone. The competition is so much faster! I'm wondering why do I need to stay with this SP? Oh yes my accumilated airtime,!
