I am extremely disappointed for the poor service that i received from a leading company like Mtn.i recently bought a blackberry 9900 handset and when i called in to activate the sim card asked that they convert my prepaid number to contract and was assured by Lerato that it was possible and sim card will be active after 48 hrs, she then took down my details sim card numbers and stuff. Twoo weks later monday 04/02/13 i called in asked about the delay only to be told that activation is not possible, they will have to listen in on our conversation.they called me back and apologised and said they will forward the case to the superior and promised to call me tommorow. Thursday morning 07/0213 two days later i called in and was transfered to Lerato who apologised and promised to fix the whole mess, took my details again as she was transfered to another department and had lost access to her emails.she promise to call me @ 13h00.today is Friday the 8th and I am still waitng for her call... Furious... Kgomotso
