I've been trying to contact this store on 021 527 2000. It just rings and then the line die
Ive contacted the call centre and when I upgraded to the Samsung S4 from blackberry they cut my simcard in order for it to fit into the samsung. According to the call centre I now need to go back to Canalwalk and do a sim swap that I need to pay for? why didnt they do this in the first place?
The first time I got a faulty phone and returned it. A total waste of my time and petrol having to drive back to do a sim swap that I need to pay for as well. What the heck? Why didnt this people do their job first time around.
Now you cant even get hold of them on a number they provided.
I hope someone can attend to this complaint. I've been a customer for 14 years already and everyone's advising me to change networks.
