Rep didnt do her job now im out of pocket!!!

I got my upgrade from cellc on the 6-12-13 we had to do a sim swap so we went into MNT to sort my husbands phone out. There was a Samsung representative in the store and i asked her if she could assist me, she assured me that she has to assist me no what store she is in. I asked her to please assist me with tranfering my contact details from my bb and putting my automatic updates off, as i didnt want a huge telephone bill (a college warned me) I was horrified to find out that from 6-12-13 to the 8-01-14 my phone bills where over R3000. I contacted cell c and they said that my automatic updated wasnt switched off. y is there no warning on the box with instructions on how to switch this off or Y does Samsung not switch this off automatically. If the rep did not know how to do it, she should have been trained! Then i wouldnt have this bill that i CANT afford to pay. I hold Samsung responsible. There are cameras in the store GO CHECK!
