I made a complaint some time ago regarding CellC sending all types of unwanted SPAM to my cell numbers.
They responded by sending me a link where I can unsubscribe myself from their SPAM list. Firstly I never signed up to receive the spam and secondly I have followed your instructions yet I still get the spam.
Today I received the following:
It's a great day, 084XXX! With our BigBucks quiz, you could win CASH PRIZES, from R5000 to R500, 000! SMS 'WIN' to 14700 to register (SMS free). CellC.
Please try to be more professional by not sending such garbage out as I certainly never signed up to be irritated by CellC.
