Telkom fails to act again

Once again no service since 27/07 - Telkom ASDL down - no service internet nor telephone - again no action or feedback from Telkom - Fault no. 41CWK260713. This is ridiculous now - ongoing non stop months on end. Without internet I cannot run a business. Please please help me - Last time with your help a technician was sent - well again I had service for a couple of days and then total disaster.
