I phoned you people about 10 to 15 times the last month, I told you I have a data contract with you and I have NO SIGNAL!!! I am staying in Krugersdorp North, if I use my works MTN simcard, like now, I can go into the internet, if I use my daugters Vodacom simcard, also NO problems, and every time I try to go into the internet, YOU BILL ME FOR THAT!!! EVEN WHEN I STRUGLE FOR ABOUT A HALF A HOUR JUST TO GO INTO BIDORBUY!!! You told me you will help me sort out this problem, and just no luck from you people, a Jeffry left a voice mail on my cel, I have phoned back 4 times, the last time the person on the line promist me they have send him a mail to phone me, 6 days later, NO LUCK!!!
CAN I PLEASE CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, I DON'T WHANT IT ANY MORE!!!
YOU DON'T WHANT TO HELP ME REALY, BECAUSE IT'S A MONTH LATER, 15 CALLS, AND WHEN IT COMES TO PAYDAY, YOU WHANT YOUR MONEY!!!
Please people, before you whant to use "Cel C", THINK TWISE!!! No help will come from them!!!
