Mtn don't want to sent us our goods

3 weeks back we upgraded on a contrack. We received the phone on the 22th of march but the phone was faulty so we returned it to mtn direk. Now all of the suden they don't whant to sent the phone because of a spelling mistake on my name that we haven't made. Every time we phone mtn they say they will call us back but they don't and the suppervisers als don't whant to phone us back. If they have the problem with my name that they have write wrong they are playing cause they are dedacting their money from a mispell name or surname. I am going to canselled everything cause they just want there money and we don't get anything. I am going to stop my debit orders and then we can see each other in court.
