UNRESOLVED Z10 QRY AFTER REPLACING WITH SAMSUNG S4

After porting from MTN to CellC upgrade from BB9700 to BBZ10 in April 2013, it took CellC direct more than 3 weeks to deliver. On receiving my Z10, i experienced endless problems. Network signal, Data was munched in 3 days for two months. My airtime flew out as it came in.
I logged many queries and endless calls, with some of whicH calls were dropped in my ear.
I even had a technician come to my area and in my bedroom, to check why i have little to no reception.
I was told that they will check websites visited etc...
After much deliberation and frustration 3 months later, the Z10 was uplifted, reported faulty and i was offered a newer handset.by then i was already way too frustrated and opted for a totally different Smartphone S4.
Since i have not heard from CellC Direct again, i decided to give them a call today. Malehasa told me that she has no record of same on my profile and that i will now have to lodge a brand new complaint.
I had little to no use of the Z10 and feel that i should be reimbursed for same. she also said that i have now reached my call limit, yet i have 2 hours plus airtime and still using my phone to call and once again no Data. FRUSTRATED!
