Appalling Service from Cell C Direct

After contacting Cell C direct on Tues 2 July, and speaking to sales consultant Teboho Rasephei, he initially had no knowledge of the contract I was wanting to take out despite it being offered on Cell C website and requested I send through a 'screen shot' of the deal to prove its existence, I duly did so

He requested I send through 3 months banking statements as well as a copy of my ID, as it was nearly 5pm he said someone would call me back the next day-nobody did. I immediately sent through the documents via email, to which Teboho Rasephei responded with a one-word email saying "awe" on Thurs 4 July. I emailed him back asking for clarification, he did not reply to the email.

I subsequently spoke to Matshidiso Noxaka (Fri 5 July) told me she had informed her supervisor and he would call me back immediately, nobody called again.

We then contacted Teboho Rasephei, he promised us several times someone would call back, nobody did. When we insisted on his supervisor's name, he hung up the phone and did not answer any further calls, until we called off a different number - again he only made promises of Cell C calling back as he was not in the office, again nobody called.
