I am still waiting for a response to my last complaint. I have not received any feedback from you with regards to the refund that is due to me for the contract charges I incurred for a service I never used. My case number is 6380608 (My previous case number was 5999046). Its been two months now trying to get this matter resolved.
Please address this with same urgency you showed when locking me into this contract.
