I called cell c to help me on a problem. I didn't understand what the guy was saying, and told him that i didn't understand. He got aggressive and said " you are only not understanding because you do not want to understand" and then interjected each time I said something. On demanding to speak to his manager, he refused. In the end he said he would transfer me, only to put me indefinitely on hold. I hung up after 15 minutes. Such bad service is appalling!!!
