A typical example of how bullish business might be and become parasites on hard working citizens. I had an account with Autopage and it expired, went to their branch in Tygerberg Mall Cape Town to tell them I don't want to renew the contract. Their response was that it can't be done at branch level. I called the so called head office and you stay for a long with no response. Those calls are not free of charge. Their agents phoned to sell me new phones, I refused and told them to assist me cancel this contract, yet they refered me to the branch again, went there & told same story. I stopped using the number, destroyed the sim card, yet continued deducting monies from my account, till I decided early this year, enough is enough, I changed my bank account due to them. I sent e-mails after I received their bills to let them know the inconvenience they have put on me, I have been moved from branch to call head office, head office does not respond, agents just sell, they can document client requests/complaints and escalate them to the relevant department. Worse, there are lifestyle benefits which I never requested. Stop it! People be scared - it's with Autopage. U are stuck 4 life!!
