A child went missing in Sasolburg on Wednesday and Radio stations and Pink Ladies immediately reacted and posted messages to assist in tracking her down, however Vodacom is not helpful at all. Yesterday the answer was we cannot help you to get a record of numbers called from her phone and still today 48 hours later no assistance.
I think it is shocking to get this type of service in such a critical period of time. So stay away from Vodacom as they will not help you in a crisis like this.
I hope somebody rerealize the URGENCY at VODACOM and assist in getting the records and find the missing child.
