One thing i hate most is when a call center operator promises to call back and never does this has happened on more than 5 occasions. cell c objective seems to get you as paying customers off the line with their so they don't have to handle your query then they leave the poor over consultant to handle their mess. im highly disappointed as Ive had a faultless 24 month contract before my upgrade and now this...
