Doris Dridba sorry for spelling the nae wrong

I got a call from doris and then she keeps me waitng on the line for her team leader as she can help me she was useless she then drop the call in my ear i call back as the number showed 012-642-1631 the phone was just ring when i droped the call i got a call from the same number and when i wanted to answer the droped the call angain the the team leader Uridba (sprry for spelling the name wrong) she then calls me from a private number just for her to drop the call in my ear also two time in one day from the same compnay same deaprtment what is that

The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing
i want a real CLO or Customer Care Agent to call me not some moegoe to ca

Change of owership we where told that we need to call the call cantre and tell them we want to change owership now Doris is telling me that i need to send her copies of my ID and Shauns ID but you have all that so am not going to send it as you have it now i need help and help from someone that can help me please

i dont want Doris to or the team leader to call me they are up they just getting paid for nothing
moegoes man i need help asap not a week later man
