I needed an urgent parcel to be collected from a private address in Johannesburg and sent to Knysna, I phoned a few other couriers who weren't helpful and kept me running in circles, I eventually got the number for UTI Couriers and was put onto Doris Booysen whose friendly attitude and great work ethic made it a very simple procedure. All i needed to do was send 1 email to her and the rest was taken care of for me and was promptly called with every movement made with the parcel. Thank you so much Doris, and the UTI team for handling such a delicate matter with such due diligence.
