On 22.10.2013 I received an SMS from RICA YEARLY PROMOTION regarding RICA YEARLY PROMOTION TICKET NO. DF6621 having WON R500, 000.00. Contact Mrs Caroline Mabaso @ 0846701435. I have made contact with them, they confirmed the ticket number... they want your Id, Address, Banking details to the deposit the winnings of your ticket. THEN they tell you you now hve to purchase R50.00 airtime in order to stand to chance to will. They say that their offices is RICA, 15 Commissioner Street, Johannesburg, 2001.
