I recently switched from MTN to Cell C to take advantage of Cell C's low call rates and great packages. I appear to have made a very poor decision. I work in the Woodlands office park in central Johannesburg and bought an iPhone 5 I am now unable to make or receive calls from our open plan offices. I find myself running around the building trying to get 'signal' so i can make a call. The strength of coverage reminds me of trying to make calls from the Drakensberg 10 years ago!
Please do something soon or I am going to be forced to cancel my contract - noone can be expected operate like this when there are much better albeit more expensive alternatives available!
