This is the third time that I am reporting the same problem with Telkom and I find their service to be utterly disgusting. I have been trying to sort out a query for the last three months, with absolutely no solution whatsoever!!! I have sent emails, I have sent delivery notes, sim card numbers and have done everything possible from my side to sort out my problem with absolutely no solution from them at all. Now I have a telephone bill amounting to R 11076.70, This includes a charge for a service that I did not even order. R 791.96 amounts to the existing query that I have been trying to sort out - the phone that I have been trying to return... there are no words to describe how this infuriates me...
