On the 08th of June I went to MTN Keywest to do an upgrade on my cellphone. I was assisted by Kyle Dietz Koekemoer and I took the Blackberry Q10 on top up R200.00 which came with 200sms's and included 200MB internet bundles. To my surprise that month end I only received the R200.00 airtime and 25 sms's, so I though that maybe they had not updated the syste as yet as but the same thing happened end of this month. So i called to find what the problem is and i was advised that the consultant placed on the BIS service even though my cellphone doesn't work on BIS and i was told that there was nothing they can do. How can a consultant give me something that doesn't go hand in hand with my cellphone??? I would like this to be sorted our urgently because i'm paying for something that i can't use. If this cannot be done, since MTN is in breach of their contract, i would like to have it terminated.
