Cancelled cell c contract not cancelled part 2

Cancelled contract late last year and saw in june this year the installment was still going of from my bank. I placed a complaint on hellopeter and cell c contacted me and said they can confirm the contract was never cancelled. I since then found a fax I sent to them on 18 Dec 12.
