A telemarketer phoned-wanted to sell me a mtn modum for R79 p.m. Insurance was offered I declined. Package contained a modum and two symcards. I was not comfortable and decided to wait for the contract so that I could contact them. I have not activated symcards or used modem. I received a bill for R234.09. Tried to phone them- amount was taken from my bank account. I reversed amount explained that I do not want the device for that amount. They would investigate the matter. My cellphoneline was terminated. They claimed I did not pay the account and that both symcards were activated I had to pay for three lines and was accused of because my husband signed the courierpapers on my behalf. They wanted proof of his signature. I e-mailed photos of signature and symcards still in packaging. I received a bill for R118 this time but the amount of R352.09 was taken out of bank again. My cellphone was terminated again which affects my work. I phoned again is waiting for Rihana to reply. Currently no cellphone - has been billed for using the two other lines which has never been activated or used by me. Take note- statements come from MTN Service Provider. Yellomobile afilliated with MTN?
