Useless service

I took out a 3G contract with 8ta in August 2011. We moved to Bethlehem in May 2013. I enquired in Feb 2013 asking if it is possible to cancel my contract without penalties seeing that there is NO 3G reception for 8ta here and my contract expires end July 2013. 8ta said no and I said fine, I'll use it when I am in Pretoria for business.
Next day my contract was cancelled?!?!
I followed up and got it reinstated.
NOT the end of my problems!!! Now my contract was supposed to end July 2013, but when they reinstated it, it was done for another 2 years!!! WHY???
Since July 2013 I have been calling monthly to sort this out, I am still being billed every month and 8ta now owes me 3 x R199 = R597
I logged TWO requests this morning to be phones back, but no one seems to be bothered...
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
I want this to be sorted out now, cancel the contract, refund me, simple.
