I have received bad service from this branch. I booked my phone in on Sunday morning as a HIGH! priority. I was told that the handset would be sent off first thing Monday morning. It is now Wednesday afternoon and it was only now going to be sent. I told the store not to send it off as I will collect it and take it myself as I can then get it back same day. My 9320 have been booked in 8 times for the same problem and swapped out once the new unit is doing the exact same. I advised the consultant that I can not sit without my smartphone and needed it to be done on rush order. You can imagine my irritation to find out in 3 days its still not sent off. This is also not the fist instance where MTN has failed to deliver on its repairs timing, in fact it is not the 5th time. I am a busy person and can not afford to take days off work just to ensure that my phone is fixed and in working order. My work has now suffered already for 3 days due to this, and to think that I will have to wait 10 days ill loose my job...
