Initiation Fee Billed Incorrectly

At the end of February I decided to change insurance companies to King Price. I was informed by the consultant that there would be an initiation fee of R275.00 which I said that I was not willing to pay as it would then not be a saving to me. The consultant said he would waive the R275.00. I decided to start my Policy on the 1st April 2013. The very next day the R275.00 was debited from my acoount. I called King Price and they apologised for the mistake and that it would be refunded in 5 working days which i said was ridiculous. They said that I could go to my bank and reverse the debit order which I did. Then came the 1st April and my monthly fee was debited together with THE INITIATION FEE! Once again I had to phone KP to inform them and once again I had to go into my branch to reverse the transaction. I really have so much time on my hands clearly. The amount for some reason could not be reversed. I called KP again and was told by a lady with some attitude that because the amount was returned in the previous month they debited my account again for the initiation fee. I informed her that it was waived. She said she would check the voice recorder. Havent heard anything since. POOR!
