I have been calling MTN since August of last year complaining that my phone bill on my anytime 350 topup package is too high as when i received my upgrade they informed me at 2 different branches that i have accumulated a credit amount that will pay for my phone bill until that amount is depleted. I have since been dealing with this issue for several months until which time I went to the 14th avenue office to sort this out where after a few days the lady who assisted me informed me they will be clearing my account balance and be charging me the agreed monthly amount. My phone bill has now exceeded over R4000 in over a few months and the amount being charged to me every month increases where as with my top up account it should be a set amount. I am highly disappointed with the service of MTN, the poor communication from their end, the amount of time it takes to sort out simple issues that after more than 5 months have not yet been resolved as well as the fruitless attempts to assist with my matte
