Ordered the cell c contract and the consultant promised I would receive an additional 300Mega Bites data included. the first months bill came with this not so - charged for the extra data. Called 25.04.2013 and again 01.05.2013 and again 15.05.2013 and again 10.06.2013 and again 13.08.2013. log query number: 3050100479. Nothing done about this. the call centre agent said that they would have to listen to the recording of the cell contract acceptance to be able to give me the refund and the additional data... how many more months do I wait
