On the 11/09/2013 I purchased a mattress from said store. I enquired if the bed could be made to a size I needed and was told it's not a problem with the mattress I ordered but it would be a 2 week wait. I agreed and gave the required measurements to the sales rep. and paid R2199.00. As promised 2 weeks went by and a mattress was delivered which was a extra R350.00 just to measure the mattress and find out it was NOT what I asked for. At this point I contacted the store who said I should come in and they will rectify it. it cost an extra R2600.00 because the original person who was responsible for it was on holiday and apparently didn't give in the dimensions I gave them the first time. That was 30/09/2013 and promised in 2 weeks again.
I still have the original mattress which is stuck in my tiny place taking up unnecessary room because I have to wait for my original mattress before they'll pick this one up. Yesterday I called in just to find out that the bed was only ordered on Friday 18/10/2013.
this attitude is pathetic and yet informing clients should be part of sales 101 but apparently a relaxed- we- don't- care attitude is staff requirements. also head office doesn't care...
